Separating Couples Mediation Full Day

Service Description

Both parties meet Leona for an initial intake session. Leona will brief both on the process of mediation for separating couples and the role of the mediator. It will be decided at this stage if mediation is suitable at this stage to progress. €3000 Fee per full day session, all sessions must be paid for in advance. Outlays for reasonable and/or agreed receipted expenditure i.e., meeting rooms, couriered documents, postage/registered letters, travel, and mileage. Mileage should be agreed at a specific rate per kilometre/mile. Pro rata fee per hour €300 Pro rata fees and Outlay fees will be invoiced monthly and paid within 21 days of invoice. All fees are subject to VAT rate is 21.5% of the fees charged. VAT will also be payable on outlays.
